There was never a lot of tension regarding the recruitment of Wilson Love, little brother to current Tide offensive lineman Tyler Love.

Love has been committed to Saban for awhile, but chose not to make his decision public until the spring A-day game.

At 235 pounds and 6’4, the Mountain Brook End has the size to compete as DE in the SEC. However he also projects really well at the defensive tackle position if he can add a little weight.

Love has good footwork and explodes off the line well, staying low and working the block well. He has some potential as a good rusher, however his lateral movement isn’t as great as it can be. However he has the ability to penetrate into the gap and apply pressure.
